1. For time 


Push Press (not push jerk! – 115/85#)

Toes to bar

KB Swing (70/55#)


2. Practice

Handstand push ups, handstand walks, hollow rocks. You pick one. Set a clock for five minutes and set a goal to accumulate a certain/set # of reps (or distance).

  1. Knocked it out in 7:26. I need work on my kettlebells.

    I did 5 minutes of HSPUs and did 31 of them. Also need work on those considering I actually got faster throughout the workout as I kinda remembered technique. I did 10 or 11 in the last minute.
