WOD for Halloween Eve

It’s the last day of Intro to CrossFit! Well done to all. 

  

For our regular athletes:

  

1. TEST (glycolitic)

AMRAP 8 MIN

4 ALT FR Lunges (135#/95#)

8 KB Swings (55/35#)

  

2. Tabata Toes to Bar

8 rounds of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. Try to do the same amount of reps each time.
