WOD for 3Nov

Great work yesterday. The whole group accomplished a lot and performed well. 

  

1. EMOM x7 minutes

3 power snatch – you choose the weight (touch n go). 

     

2.  For time 

21-18-15-12-9-6-3

Deadlift (155#/105#)

Burpee

  

*Deads are light and unbroken every round. Burpees will slow you down, but intensity should stay high throughout workout as reps decrease and fatigue sets in. It should look like one consistenct pace throughout.  Be careful with the deadlift form, as a light deadlift tend to bring out the turtle backs.

  1. Did 110 on the snatches. Was feeling very stiff this morning.
    Did the METCON in 8:25. It was a good one!!! The bodies certainly hit the floor!
