1. AMRAP in 15 minutes

5 squat clean thrusters (165/110)

10 box jumps (24/20″)

15 KB swings (55/35#)

30 double unders 

  

2. Barbell reverse lunge steps (back racked)

5 sets of 8 steps (4 each leg)

  1. Did 3 rounds. I was literally toast.
    Did 155 for 4 sets of back lunges and finished out at 176. Shoulda done 176 the whole time.
