Ok so for our mental fitness today we are gonna rock out with the Floater WOD from last OCT’s Festivus games. There is some strength involved but with a good strategy this workout is mainly keyed to tax the mental systems (as well as the legs)
So here it is:
- 2 MIN Max Reps Back Squats at 135/95#
Here are the rules: You can re-rack the bar to rest but you can’t “drop” the bar. Your must reach full depth as well.
Here is the strategy as per our Founder Dave Hudson:
Take a nice even approach too it, don’t think in sets (so you don’t rush through it), think of it instead as marathon. Break earlier than you think but keep your hands on the bar. Make sure you are taking a brief pause at the “top” so that your legs are getting a break each rep.
