So today is a recovery/make up day.
If you blasted 15.1 yesterday go ahead and take the day to do what you want or need to do. Save your strength though and keep it light if you decide to do any lifting. Cliff this is a good day to take Tom through some lifts. I will help as I can but I am going to be knocking out 15.1 and 15.1a after a solid warmup.
