WOD for 26 FEB 2016

1100-1240 at Fredericks Gym.

I am going to try and get there a little early to set this bad boy up.

 

The OPEN is upon us!

So this looks like a straight horrendous grind fest of epic proportions.

So here it is:

RX

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

25-ft. overhead walking lunge
8 Bar over burpees
25-ft. overhead walking lunge
8 chest-to-bar pull-ups

Men lunge 95 lb.
Women lunge 65 lb.

 

Scaled

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
25-ft. front rack walking lunge
8 bar over burpees
25-ft. front rack walking lunge
8 jumping chin-over-bar pull-ups

Men lunge 45 lb.
Women lunge 35 lb.

I will bring scorecards and some measuring tape and just in case I forget Cliff is going to bring some measuring tape as well.

Bring your CF89 shirts and get after this hard!!!

  1. Yeah that whole thing was completely gnarly! And everyone did great and no one quit it was awesome!! Especially considering how we have several people pretty new to crossfit rocking it out!!
