We are going to revamp a team WOD we did a month or so ago. It was quite a bit of fun!
4 x Farmers Carry (Down and Back is 1) 70/53 in each hand.
4 x Firemans Carry
10 x Kettlebell Deadlifts 140/106 (2 70# KBs and 2 53# KB) Scale as needed
2x Prowler Push with heavy weight
(The weight depends on how humid the gym is. The more humid it is the less weight you will be able to push)
Quick transitions from partner to partner and just having a grinding mentality with this will lead to success.
