0500 and 1130 at Fredericks Gym.

 

So this is week 2 of the strength program. Stick with it and you will for sure see results. After 1 week of this I can already tell that this is going to be a good program simply judging from my present levels of soreness!!

Strength:

Hang Power Clean

3 @ 50%, 3 @ 60%, 3 @ 65%, 2 x 3 @ 70%

Bench Press

5RM; 4 x 5 @ 90% of 5RM

 

METCON:

6 Rounds:

Farmer’s Carry 100 ft. Right hand – heavy

30 Double Unders

Farmer’s Carry 100 ft. Left hand – heavy

30 Double Unders
