Festivus Gamers, if you didn’t get to Happy Hour at the Bar yesterday then go ahead and knock it out today. Use some sense don’t go full Hillbilly on it the main intent here is to go into Saturday with all the movements fresh in your head. You guys are going to take a recovery day tomorrow (Thursday) and then some medium cardio and mobility on friday to prep for Saturday.
