So come in and get your recovery on.
Most of you just use Wednesdays to bum out and not recover and you are doing yourself as well as America a disservice! Use the recovery day to not only spend some dedicated time doing mobility and rolling but also working on skills. Remember to choose a skill and do it until you get it great and then move on to the next. Sometimes this takes months to do, like double unders. Unless your name is Lindsey and you happen to be my wife it usually takes a significant amount of time to get fluid with double unders.
And for those of you who agree with Sean Bean here, come in and work on muscle ups!!
