WOD for 22 APR 2016

0500 and 1130 at TUCKERS Gym

So to develop Atlas like bone crushing strength we have:

Hang Clean 2 @ 60%, 2 @ 70%, 3 x 2 @ 80%

Jerk 2 @ 60%, 2 @ 70%, 2 x 2 @ 80%

Barbell Row 5 x 8; 5 lbs heavier than last week

 

and to develop Juiced up Lance Armstrong like cardio we have:

Benchmark WOD- “Christine”

3 RFT

Row 500m

12- Deadlift (body weight)

21- Box Jumps (24/20)

 

Oh that’s right!! Ending a week with a benchmark WOD!!!

Be like Dave on this one. Go hard.

And Cruz, put some Vitamin E on that nasty tear on your hand. I am not putting that picture up on here. It will be competing with the Cockroach from yesterday for nastiest picture on the Website and I feel like the roach should hold that title for at least a week before it is challenged.
