Barbell Row 5 x 8; 5 lbs heavier than last week
and to develop Juiced up Lance Armstrong like cardio we have:
Benchmark WOD- “Christine”
12- Deadlift (body weight)
21- Box Jumps (24/20)
Oh that’s right!! Ending a week with a benchmark WOD!!!
