Remember to pitch the intro class to anyone who is interested. Today’s intro class has everything to do with presses in it! But for the rest of you Julie has something special for you:

Warm Up:

Spend 15 minutes developing row technique with row progressions.

METCON:

Oh yeah prepare for Glory!

Each for time:

Row 250 m

Row 500 m

Row 750 m

Row 1000 m

Row 750 m

Row 500 m

Row 250 m

Equal work to rest ratio.

So if it takes you 1 minute to do something you rest 1 minute.

 

That is going to take quite a while so come in and get cracking. That is all folks.
