Recovery Day and WOD for 23 JUN 2016

Today is a recovery day but for those of you who missed a WOD or want to workout MON-FRI you can make up a previous WOD or you can do this one:


Warm Up:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 mins of:

Row, 250 m 12 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs 9 Ring Rows

6 Handstand Push-ups
For time: Row, 1000 m 50 Thrusters, 45/35 lbs 30 Pull-ups
1 Squat Snatch, pick load

Every 1 min for 15 mins.

WOD 2:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 mins of: 5 Deadlifts, 315/205 lbs 10 GHD Sit-ups
DL should be heavy but keeping proper technique.
