Back to the grind!!! Vacation is over and the pain train is rolling again!

 

 

Warm Up:

With remaining time try to complete:

20 PVC Hip Hinge

20 (each) SL PVC Hip Hinge

20 KB Deadlifts

20 (each) SL RDL

20 Russian Swings

5 Knee Jumps

 

Kettle Bell:

For time:

100 Kettlebell Swings, 62/44 lbs

 

Sled Drag:

For time: Sled Drag,

135/95 lbs,

1 mi

 

Wow that is a grind fest and a half!!!! Wowzers.
