0500 and 1130 at Fredericks Gym

Well now that the CrossFit games are over I can resume life as usual, instead of just vegging in front of the computer watching CrossFit I can..sit in front of my computer and…watch CrossFit.

Well either way Congrats to Katrin Davidsdottir and Mathew Fraser on the Championships! They both had exemplary performences.

On  to business:

Warm Up:

10 Ring Rows

20 Burpees

30 Air Squats

40 Double Unders

 

WOD:

75 Pull-ups

50 Pull-ups

25 Pull-ups

25 Push-ups

Row, 500 m

 

Yeah that is going to suck.
