0500 and 1130 at Fredericks Gym for CrossFit, 0645 or so for Olympic Lifting

Warm Up for fifteen minutes doing this:
0:00-3:00 Squat Prep
3:00-5:00 Thoracic Mobility
5:00-10:00 Clean Barbell Complex
10:00-15:00 Jerk Barbell Complex
1 High Hang Squat Clean & Jerk, pick load
Every 1 min for 20 mins.
No hinge high hang! Increase in weight as long as form holds.
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
Sled Drag, 135/90 lbs, 100 m
Kettlebell Farmer’s Walk, 70/53 lbs, 100 m
Apparently Julie has a very different defintion of “deload” than I do.
