Warm Up:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 6 mins of:

Row, 250 m

Overhead Barbell Lunge Step, 40 ft

 

WOD 1:

JOSH

For time:

21 Overhead Squats, 95/65 lbs

42 Pull-ups

15 Overhead Squats, 95/65 lbs

30 Pull-ups

9 Overhead Squats, 95/65 lbs

18 Pull-ups

 

WOD 2:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:

Double Kettlebell Front Rack Hold, 53/35 lbs, 45 secs

Double Kettlebell Farmer Hold, 53/35 lbs, 45 secs

Run, 200 m

WOD 3:

5 rounds for time of:

12 Push-ups

12 Jumping Alternating Lunges
