So this week is a deload week with a couple of horrendously long workouts and max lifts thrown in. The wife is pretty much due this week so I probably will be out when she pops for a week or so.

Warm up:

General Warmup with rowing, running, and double unders/

 

WOD:

For time:

Row, 3000 m

300 Double Unders

Run, 3 mi

 

45 min time cap.

That looks straight awful.
