Never mind on today’s beasting. I forgot we have today off.

Tomorrow we will do this:

 

0500 and 1130 at the usual spot.

No AM oly lifting.

 

So I will be in and out this week as Lindsey popped out baby number 4 and I am on paternity leave.

 

Warm up:

For time:

10 Wall Balls

10 Burpees

20 Wall Balls

10 Burpees

30 Wall Balls

10 Burpees

40 Wall Balls

10 Burpees

50 Wall Balls

10 Burpees

 

Start slow and gradually get faster. Take about 15 minutes or so to do this.

 

Strength:

7 Overhead Squats, pick load

Every 2 mins for 10 mins.

 

EMOMx12:

Odd Min: Strict 5 Pull-ups

Even Min: Strict 5 Bar dips
