Death by Deadlifts
So everytime you switch weight you start back over at 1 deadlift and work yourself to 5 DLs and then you switch weight again.
The intent is for this to be from a 20-25 min workout with the top DLs working into the 30s. If it is over in 5 minutes for you well…drop weight.
DLs can be sketchy so make sure we aren’t putting the cart before the horse and we are making good lifts with proper technique. As soon as I look over and see some craziness you are being cut off like a drunk college student. Also I encourage everyone to at least consider using a weight belt for this one.
