WOD for 07 OCT

0500 and 1140ish

We have a 4 day but if you have to work and want to beast here it is!

 

Warm up:

Ank Mob

Wrist Mob

Dislocates 20

 

WOD 1:

Every 1 min for 20 mins do:

1 High Hang Squat Snatch, pick load

5 Push-ups

 

WOD 2:

7 Deadlifts, pick load

Every 2 mins for 10 mins.

 

Beast on!
