A bunch of us will be out at lunch but someone either Clif or Jacoby will take care of business for the lunch crew!

Reminder that we have 2  teams participating in the Festivus Games on Saturday! Come out and support them!!!

 

Warm up:

Front rack wrist mobility

Squat prep

 

WOD:

Every 1 min for 20 mins do:

1 High Hang Squat Clean, pick load

3 Strict Pull Ups

3 TTB

 

Strength:

5 Deadlifts, pick load

Every 2 mins for 10 mins.
