That thruster and ring push up crap was RIDICULOUS…ly Fun!!! I hope you aren’t too too sore from it!

 

Go in today  and practice skills and if you are truly a sadist who can’t go without pain here is Saturday’s workout:

 

Warm Up:

40ft Inch Worm

40ft Burpee Broad Jump

40ft Crab Walk

40ft Bear Crawl

40ft Butt kicks

40ft High Knees

40ft Lunge

10 Strict pull-ups

 

WOD:

For time:

40 Jumping Pull-ups

40 Box Jumps, 24/20 in

30 Ring Rows

30 Box Jumps, 24/20 in

20 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups

20 Box Jumps, 24/20 in

10 Muscle-ups

10 Box Jumps, 24/20 in

 

Strength:

3 Shoulder Press, pick load

Every 2 mins for 10 mins.
