Dislocates 20 prone

HS Taps 20 reps

 

Each for time:

Row:

4x 750 m

Rest 3 mins between efforts.

 

WOD:

Every 1 min for 20 mins do:

1 Pause Squat Snatch

1 Strict Muscle-up
