For you sadists out there who like to BEAST everyday here is Saturday’s workout.

 

Warm up:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 mins of:

Overhead Walking Lunge, 40 ft

Burpee Broad Jump, 40 ft

Cartwheel, 40 ft

 

Strength:

7 Overhead Squats, pick load

Every 2 mins for 10 mins.

 

WOD:

27-21-15 reps, for time of:

Back Squat, 165/110 lbs

Handstand Push-up

 

Gymnastics:

As many reps as possible in 3 mins of:

Strict Toes To Bar
