Recovery Day for 17 NOV 2016

Recover away folks. Between Artie and Randy we need it. If you are an absolute glutton for punishment and want to beast your legs away here is the Saturday WOD for you!

 

Warm up:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:

40 Double Unders

10 Medicine Ball Cleans, 20/14 lbs

10 Ring Rows

10 Hand Release Push-Ups

 

WOD:

EMOM for 15 minutes:

1 Squat Clean & Jerk, pick load

 

Strength:

3 Deadlifts, pick load

Every 2 mins for 10 mins.
