10 Medicine Ball Cleans, 20/14 lbs
10 Ring Rows
10 Hand Release Push-Ups
EMOM for 15 minutes:
1 Squat Clean & Jerk, pick load
3 Deadlifts, pick load
Every 2 mins for 10 mins.
