Yesterday was gnarly. Hit a 200# squat snatch PR though after that nasty workout so I am pretty happy about that! On to business!

Warm up:

3 rounds, 45 secs per station, of:

Handstand Hold Rest 15 secs

Wall Ball Rest 15 secs

Row Rest 15 secs

 

WOD:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 mins of:

10 Thrusters, 115/75 lbs

50 Double Unders

10 Toes-to-bars

Strength:

Alt EMOM

Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5, using heaviest weight per set

Overhead Squat 5-5-5-5-5, using heaviest weight per set

 

Tabata:

Tabata Ring Row

 

The Tabata interval is 20 secs of work followed by 10 secs of rest for 8 intervals. Tabata score is the total reps performed in all of the intervals.
