Wow 17.1 brings then pain!!! I have been a trainwreck all weekend because of it! Sooo naturally I am gonna do it again!!!

For those of you who have already done 17.1 and really hate yourself go right ahead and do it again if you want to improve your score! Otherwise knock out the WOD below. I may be a few minutes late to the 1140 class so warm up without me. For everyone who hasn’t done 17.1 yet…oh yeah. You know it! The Pain Train is coming!!!

10 Dumbbell Snatches, 50/35 lbs

15 Burpee Box Jump Overs, 24/20 in

20 Dumbbell Snatches,

15 Burpee Box Jump Overs,

30 Dumbbell Snatches,

15 Burpee Box Jump Overs,

40 Dumbbell Snatches,

15 Burpee Box Jump Overs,

50 Dumbbell Snatches,

10 Kettlebell Swings, 24/16 kg

10 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs, 10 ft

5 Ring Rows

25 Double Unders

 

WOD:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 mins of:

20 Kettlebell Swings, 24/16 kg

20 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs, 10 ft

10 Ring Rows

50 Double Unders

 

Skills:

2 Overhead Squats, pick load

Every 1:30 for 10:30.
