Warm Up:

3 rounds, 30 secs per station, of:

Russian Kettlebell Swing, 53/35 lbs Rest 30 secs

Row Calories Rest 30 secs

Goblet Squat, 53/35 lbs Rest 30 secs

 

WOD:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 mins of:

10 Toes-to-bars

Back Rack Walking Lunge, 115/75 lbs, 40 ft

10 Push-ups

 

Strength:

2 Deadlifts, pick load

Every 1:30 for 10:30.
